  • To navigate the Website and view resources and content available on the Website. This aim relates to Cubyn’s legitimate interest in allowing you to visit and view the content available on the Website
  • To book a demonstration of some of Cubyn’s services and products on the Website. This aim relates to Cubyn’s legitimate interest in promoting its services and products to its prospects
  • To enable you to enrol in Cubyn's start-up programme to facilitate start-up logistics. This aim relates to the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request
  • To enable you to log into your personal space on the Website. This aim relates to the performance of the general terms and conditions of use of personal accounts on the Website
  • To defend our interests in case of litigation or legal action, including retaining evidence for the purposes of possible legal proceedings. The legal basis for such processing is Cubyn’s legitimate interest in defending its interests
  • To respond to your requests to exercise your rights with respect to your personal data, detailed in Article 7 below, including performing the checks necessary to ensure that such a request comes from you. Cubyn keeps your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of the processing, not exceeding the periods indicated below:

4. Will my data be transferred outside the EU?

Cubyn only uses cloud-hosted third-party IT tools or software solutions (SaaS) based within the EU. Therefore, Cubyn does not transfer your data outside the EU. In the event that Cubyn were to use software solutions from suppliers located outside the EU or solutions the use of which would involve the transfer of data outside the EU, Cubyn will implement the proper steps, prior to any transfer of data, to ensure that such transfer of data is governed by appropriate legal mechanisms (such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4 June 2021).

5. Who does Cubyn share my personal data with?

Cubyn shares your data with:

  • Cubyn staff members responsible for processing requests for a demonstration of certain of Cubyn’s services and products, managing Cubyn’s start-up program, managing personal spaces and accounts opened on the Website, and managing requests to exercise rights in relation to personal data processed by Cubyn
  • Cubyn’s subcontractors and service providers who provide services related to the proper functioning of the Website and resources available on the Website
  • Administrative or judicial authorities in the defence of its interests in the event of litigation or legal action

7. Updating the Information Sheet
